At Honeybell, we want you to love what you order! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are only available for size or defect-related issues.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
🚫 No Refunds
- We currently do not offer refunds—only exchanges or store credit.
- If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a voucher for future purchases.
📦 How to Request an Exchange
1️⃣ Contact us at help@honeybell.com.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
3️⃣ Our team will guide you on returning the item.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
📌 Important Notes
- Sale items are non-exchangeable.
- Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
- If an incorrect or damaged item is received, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
